1-Piece Caliper Design

We found the perfect balance between Mechanical Stiffness and Weight with a their single piece solid caliper.

The majority of stock calipers are a sliding design with the piston(s) located on the inboard side of the brake disc.


2-Piece Calipers are cheap to produce, are usually weight more than 1-piece rotors and they also have a tendency to flex under braking, this degrades the overall performance of the brake system.


The Caliper is designed to be as light as possible and still provide a firmer overall brake feel.

Each brake System comes equipped with preloaded calipers.

Our caliper uses their Ferodo FM1000 Friction Material in all of their Brake Pads.

The pads are strategically selected for each vehicle application to provide as much performance as possible.

Brake Discs

Caliper Mounting Brackets

Anti-Rattle Disc hardware utilizes a spring fastener in order to slightly preload the assembly helping to eliminate noise associated with floating discs.

The bobbin type fasteners allow the disc to expand and contract under high temperatures reducing stress and increasing the longevity of the rotor and related components.

Are Jekit calipers worth it?

Mostly because it's worth it, better braking on a car that can reach triple digit speeds without trying that hard. Our brake don't necessarily mean better stopping distance, only the ability to stop as hard more often. You would need larger rotors and more pistons to achieve better stopping distance.


What are Jekit calipers made from?

Our calipers are made from oxidised cast aluminium offered in different colour finishes (black, gold, aluminium and titanium), with an attractive design that contributes to giving the bike a distinctive, eye-catching look.


How many miles do jekit brakes last?
The mileage on your Brembo pads depends on the type of driving that you do. A lot of stop and go driving or hard braking will make the pads wear out faster. Under normal conditions, the front pads should last about 35,000 miles.


Can I just replace brake pads and not rotors?

Yes, but it depends on the condition of your brake rotors. If they aren't damaged or thinned beyond the discard thickness, you can definitely change just the worn brake pads. As we know, brake rotors and brake pads work together


Can any caliper fit any car?

There is a very large misconception that any caliper can be used on any vehicle, as long as it can be made to physically bolt up in some manner. It is also possible that the pistons move completely past the seals in the caliper, resulting in complete and catastrophic brake failure.


Should you replace all 4 brake pads at once?

But, when changing brake pads, should you do all four at once? Well, first, you absolutely should replace both front or both rear brake pads at the same time. Unless something's really wrong, one should be wearing out at about the same rate as the other.
