What principle does the braking part of the braking system adopt?

The maintenance time of the brake system is as follows:
1. Disc front wheel: about 30000 km; disc rear wheel: about 60000 km; drum brake: about 100000 km;

What should I pay attention to when maintaining the brake system?
1. High temperature protection of brake pads
Prevent the corrosion of the brake system, prevent the brake pad from biting due to the high temperature surface, eliminate the brake pad scream, and maintain good lubrication durability. The product with ceramic composition shall be resistant to high temperature above 1400C. Therefore, regularly check the thickness of brake pads or brake shoes. Under normal driving conditions, the service life of the brake pad of the front brake is 30000-50000 km, and the service life of the brake pad of the rear brake is 120000-150000 km. Once the brake is worn to the limit, it should be replaced in time.
2. Lubrication and maintenance of brake cylinder
Lubricate the movable shaft and cup of the brake wheel cylinder, keep the wheel cylinder bushing soft and prolong the service life of the wheel cylinder. It is necessary to use fully synthetic brake wheel cylinder lubricating oil.
3. Brake disc cleaning
Quickly clean the oil stain, dirt and friction dust of the brake disc, brake drum and any parts to keep the brake disc cool; Eliminate the harsh noise of braking and promote uniform braking.
4. Rust prevention and lubrication of contact surface between tire screw, brake disc and steel ring
Prevent corrosion, prevent screws and surfaces from being bitten by heat, and facilitate disassembly. Aluminum containing products with high temperature resistance of more than 1100c are required to ensure the contact area with brake pads and improve braking force.
